Just be ready to juke the torpedoes if they get within 6 km of you. They have good armor (against other cruisers, not against BB's), the best maneuverability, 6 forward-firing guns at tier 8+ and a bonus to their ricochet angle with AP so they can deal more consistent damage to angled targets than other cruisers. In that case, the best brawlers are probably the Americans. Now, late in the game when the enemy team is thinned out, you might find yourself brawling with an enemy cruiser over a critical cap point. They simply don't have the durability to do it and are too vulnerable to alpha strikes from both BB's and DD's if they position aggressively.
does anyone know any specs on the armor on higher tier German cruisers compared to the others? Reason being Im about to go down that line.German that is.Ĭruisers don't brawl very much at high tiers.
I am thinking the German ships are the "brawlers".
